As the world is faced with the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, JMC Instruments and Controls is committed to maintain our quality of service to our customers while ensuring a safe business environment.  During these unprecedented times, our primary concern is to the health and well-being of our employees, customers, vendors, and our community.  We have taken the necessary precautions to align with all State, Local and CDC guidelines.  We have shifted our business model to flexible remote schedules of our sales, customer service, accounting, and administrative staff to limit exposure to the virus, to support our employees as COVID impacts their households and to be proactive in our contingency plans to meet the needs of our customers while improving our digital operations long term.  We continue to monitor the risks and potential impacts to our customers and adapt our operations as the regulations and needs of our customers develop.

We are in this together, so we will continue to provide our customers with the services you need to manage your productions.  It is important to us that we all contribute to the health and safety of this community.  We will vigilantly maintain these standards through this health crisis to do our part to get through this together strong.
